By booking a DOT Inspection or any service with Northwest Fleet Truck & Trailer Repair (“Northwest Fleet”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Inspection Scope:

DOT inspections are performed in accordance with federal and state requirements. Inspections cover all required systems and components; however, passing inspection does not guarantee future compliance or safety if new issues arise after service.

2. Vehicle Condition:

The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and operational at the time of inspection. For mobile inspections, the vehicle must be capable of starting and running. Northwest Fleet is not responsible for delays caused by inoperable equipment.

3. Onsite Service Limitations:

Mobile inspections may be subject to additional fees or restrictions depending on location, vehicle condition, and environmental factors. Northwest Fleet reserves the right to request the vehicle be brought to the shop if onsite conditions are unsafe or insufficient.

4. Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon completion of the inspection or service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

5. Repair Authorization:

If the vehicle fails inspection, the customer may authorize repairs at an additional cost. No repairs will be performed without prior approval.

6. Warranty Disclaimer:

Northwest Fleet makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by law. Inspection findings represent the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection.

7. Appointment Changes & Cancellations:

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Liability Limitation:

Northwest Fleet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from inspection findings, vehicle conditions, or delays.

9. Privacy Policy:

Customer information collected through booking or service is used solely for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

10. Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
